My total inclusive fee of $570.00 includes:

  • An obligation free initial meeting, following which, if you chose to accept my services,:
    • we confirm the date and venue, your eligibility to marry, sight your original birth certificates (or where necessary, death certificates, divorce certificates or foreign passports) and complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM).
    • referral to relationship education.
    • discussion of style of ceremony, your suggestions, my input and referral to my wedding folder which would be available to you on a “loan basis”. This folder has a comprehensive range of choices for each component of the ceremony from the Bridal entrance through to your introduction as Husband and Wife.
  • Submission to you electronically of my draft ceremony proposal and "fine tuning" until your satisfaction.
  • If necessary, a rehearsal limited to the wedding couple, witnesses and parents together with a review of venue. This should normally be held 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding date at which time the written declarations can be completed.
  • My performing your ceremony in highland dress with Scottish customs.
  • Registering the marriage with the appropriate State or Territory authority.
  • Provide, if necessary, a P.A. system, lectern, appropriate background music, signing table complete with tartan tablecloth, chairs, handfasting ribbons, candles etc. as necessary, and Australian and Scottish background flags.
  • Travel within a 40km radius of Newcastle. (Port Stephens, Lake Macquarie, lower Hunter valley). Additional travel subject to extra charge.

Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 to include our preliminary discussions and the completion of the NOIM.

Balance to be paid ten days prior to the ceremony.
