The ceremony which we shall create together can be as simple or elaborate as you both wish..... but it WILL be unique and personalised!

Apart from the few legal requirements, you are only limited by your imagination.

Your wishes, in conjunction with my comprehensive wedding folder, will allow us to construct a ceremony with a truly Scottish flavour.... maybe incorporating an ancient Celtic ritual, such as

  • handfasting
  • pinning of the tartan
  • presentation of the family sword
  • the loving cup
  • unity candle

My knowledge of these customs is extensive and authentic.

You may like to hear the haunting sound of the highland bagpipe in the background, or the soft romantic sound of a Celtic harp...... both of which I can arrange for you.

Perhaps a family member or close friend may want to give a suitable reading, or you may like to hear some special background music as you sign the register. (I can provide on CD an appropriate selection of Scottish music).

I also provide a signing table complete with tartan tablecloth, two chairs and, where necessary, a P.A. system.

In summary, I look forward to working with you, to create a wedding ceremony which will be unique and long remembered by you, your family and friends.
